2024 Spring League Information

• The league will start January 8th, 2024, will run for 14 Weeks and will include a men's, men's senior (55+) and a ladies division.  The ladies will play 9 holes, while the men's will be 18 holes. 
  

• The format will be individual stroke play with handicaps adjusted weekly after your league round is registered. The first 3 weeks will be played to determine initial handicaps, with the following weeks for prizes.
  

• RCGA Handicapping rules will be used. A minimum of 10 of the 14 weeks of regular league play must be played in order to qualify for the final round.
  

• League entry fee is $45.00 per player. This fee will be placed into the prize pool and will be handed out as prizes. There is no league administration fee. This is a service Evolution Golf will provide free of charge.
  

• The allocation of the prize pool will be determined by the number of members we get signing up for the league. League members will be divided into flights by handicap.
  

• Evolution Golf will provide weekly cash prizes based on lowest net score in handicap flights. These weekly prizes will begin after week three and initial handicaps are determined.  
  

• League participants must pay weekly for the competitive round, however, you will receive a 10% discount off that league play hour for league hours played Mon - Thurs.
  

• League participants will receive 10% off food and beverage purchase anytime they play and will also receive 10% any lessons.
  

• The course and course conditions will be pre-determined and will be setup by the staff in advance of your round. This means you can play your weekly round anytime throughout the week on any day which is convenient for you. The weekly round must be played by end of business on Sunday in order to qualify. Scorecards will be printed off by the staff at the conclusion of the round and statistics will be kept up to date weekly and emailed out to the members. Weekly net scores will be used to determine league ranking.
  

• Mulligans will be enabled. Our system allows us to track mulligans taken and any mulligan taken will need to be approved by the group and/or Evolution Golf staff. Evolution Golf staff members must be made aware before the shot is taken. If mulligans are taken that are not approved, the round will be forfeit.
  

• In order to reduce sandbagging, any regular league round in which the calculated handicap is more than 10 better than the players current handicap will not be eligible for prizes.

• This league is strictly for the enjoyment of our customers. It not intended to be a highly competitive league and any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
